Coastal Cleanup is dedicated to the improvement of beaches, coastal regions and surrounding areas throughout the world. It aims to remove and collect data on the debris from the shorelines, waterways and beaches of the world's lakes, rivers and oceans. This information serves to educate the public on marine debris issues and to enhance aquatic environments.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BOAML) being one of the major sponsor for Ocean Conservancy (US), took the opportunity to involve their employees and family in this meaningful coastal cleanup. The coastal cleanup took place along Changi Beach Park and the teams covered a distance of 3.3km along Park ( Carpark 1-7). The group were really enthusiastic and spontaneous during the coastal cleanup and we were really blessed with good weather. The teams have collected a total of 18 bags of waste, weighing a total of 86 kg. Materials mainly consisted of plastic, rubber and styrofoam materials.
icube events was honoured to assist Bank on America with the organization on the logistics, as well as the arrangements for food & beverage. We facilitated the safety of each team during the cleanup and ensure everything is carried out smoothly. It was really great to see that everyone have enjoyed themselves during the coastal cleanup.
The Avaya Supplier Day returns for its 7th edition this year and icube events was proud to be involved in the planning and management of the event once again. Held at Mandarin Orchard Hotel, the event was a resounding success with over 140 guests and suppliers attending the event.
Avaya ended off with the Best Supplier Award presentation where the top suppliers were presented with an exquisite glass award.

With the request for the Opening Ceremony to be held at their own warehouse, icube conceptualised the event decoration with the effective use of the lighted hanging balloons, illuminated furniture and floral arrangements; transforming portion of the warehouse to be a proper event space whie not losing the industrial warehouse feel.
After the spectacular Lion Dance entrance, the guests were treated to a gastronomic affair of western dinner prepared by the experienced Michelin Star Chef – Tim Meijers, accompanied with the mobile bar serving out various types of drinks.

After a hiatus for 2 years, icube events is proud to be back and assist Bio-Rad in the planning, management and execution of the Bio-Rad Asia Pacific Kickoff, which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
200 participants flew in from the Global offices, Asia Pacific Region, Greater China and India, to attend this event. Over the 4 days, the participants not only share updates on their region, but also set new directions for the year. Networking and fun were done over the cocktail reception on the first night and the themed Gala Dinner on the last night. Half day marketing workshops were also conducted where participants were engaged in in-depth marketing and sales strategy discussions. New instrument was also on display for demo and training.
Bio Rad 2018 Asia Pacific Kickoff

icube events was proud to be the appointed Event Manager for UMCSG Dinner & Dance 2018, which was held on 2 February, at Suntec City Convention Centre.
The event not only allow UMCSG's 1,300 employees to feast on sumptuous cuisine, but they were also treated to a night of entertainment and fun. Special performances of the Diabolo and Poi performed by UMCSG's management team also wowed the crowd. The management team gathered and trained for 6 weeks under the trainers engaged by icube events, before putting up the spectacular performance on that night. The event ended on a high note with lucky draws and special bonus draws!
Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA), Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and Toa Payoh Central Community Club jointly organised the Dragon Boat Carnival at the Amphitheatre in front of Toa Payoh Public Library. The event offered a variety of fun-filled activities that included the cultural performances, national art competition, booths offering traditional food as well as land dragon boat competition. Students from various schools also took part in poetry recitals. The carnival truly promote the spirit of patriotism that the Dragon Boat Festival embodied.
icube events was honoured to assist SFCCA in creating the Master design of all the publicity collaterals and printed materials, logistics set-up for panels’ exhibition, fabrication of land dragon boat structure, and managing the land dragon boat competition. During the dragon boat race, we helped to ensure a smooth flow of the race, and at the same time, making sure that the safety of each participant was well taken care of. It was really great to see participants of different races coming together to participate in the dragon boat race on land!

The revamped galleries in National Museum of Singapore recaptures the nation’s defining moments from its humble beginnings 700 years ago to the independent, modern city-state it is today. The aim of this Weekend Carnival was to recreate the scene back in the 1960s to 1980s, allowing the young to appreciate and experience what Singapore was like in the yesteryears. icube events was privileged to be part of this event. We provided the logistics and assisted in coming up with ideas to create the nostalgic and fun filled atmosphere for the public to enjoy and have fun!
In line with the nation-wide SG50 celebrations, Bio-Rad travelled back to the good old times of Singapore for their Annual Dinner & Dance! We created a nostalgic atmosphere in the Bugis Vault Ballroom with our customized Stage Backdrop & decorations, and enhanced the atmosphere further with interesting local table props and childhood games.
The Dinner & Dance was also accompanied by great food, interactive table games and our local Celebrity Emcee, Judee Tan! All these elements brought the dinner experience to a whole new level, and it ended the night on a high note. It was indeed our pleasure to create an unforgettable Dinner & Dance for Bio-Rad.
UMC Dinner & Dance 2018

With the theme “Growing a Caring Community Together”, we saw a total of 350 guests from all walks of life, most of whom are volunteers or beneficiaries from the different centres.
We also had the honour of having the Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Hsien Loong, to officiate the opening of the new centres as our Guest of Honour.
The event ended on a great note, with performances put up by the various beneficiaries, as well as booth activities around the HDB blocks in the area.
icube events was proud to have managed the 3rd edition of Asian Conference of Criminal & Operations Psychology (ACCOP) was held at Novotel Clarke Quay, Singapore. The Conference was jointly organised by the Home Team Psychological Services at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore. The event created an unique opportunity for the participants to meet and exchange information with experts in the fields of law enforcement, criminal and operations psychology, and behavioural sciences from both Asia and the West.
The pre-conference workshops were held on 12th July while the main conference were from 13th to 15th July. A total attendance of about 400 participants, both local and international, were present over the 4 days.
Other than the conference, icube also assisted the Ministry in planning and executing the 3 social programmes for the event.
