With the theme “Growing a Caring Community Together”, the AMKSFC Official Opening saw a total of 350 guests from all walks of life, most of whom are volunteers or beneficiaries from the different community centres. The event was spread over various void decks around the area, with the main area held at the multi-purpose hall.
We also had the honour of having the Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Hsien Loong, to officiate the opening of the new centres as our Guest of Honour.
The event ended on a great note, with performances put up by the various beneficiaries, booth activities that entertains all young and old around the HDB blocks in the area, as well as F&B catering.
