Brett Han | Managing Director
Having no events background, Brett entered the events industry with just one main objective in mind – to support Irene in her passion. Brett eventually took a huge leap of faith, quit his high-paying banking job and set up icube events pte ltd with Irene.
With his considerable experience as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst in the finance industry, Brett was able to effectively oversee the internal organs of icube events, so that Irene and the team may focus on what they do best. As the only man on the team, Brett frequently acts as the father/brother figure constantly watching over the well-being of the team. Ensuring that he understands the background works of an event, Brett often gets involved in brainstorm meetings, providing alternative ideas and insights, streamlining processes and systems used by the company.
Brett believes that building a strong operations team is not easy as he believes that human capital is the key asset and success of the company, thus he places a lot of emphasis on structuring and setting the right people at the right position. icube believes in giving the young generation an opportunity to learn and so, Brett went about setting up internship programmes with various tertiary institutions.
