iCube Events was proud to manage the full logistics for the IFRA Global Fragrance Summit 2025, held on October 14–17, 2025, at the Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford. This premier event brought together 100+ fragrance professionals from around the world to explore the theme “Scent Connections: Advancing Standards and Collaboration Across Cultures.” With our end-to-end event management services, we ensured every aspect—from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up—ran seamlessly.
Pre-Event Planning & Coordination
Months ahead, our team meticulously prepared all details ensuring consistent branding and smooth navigation for delegates. Registration processes were handled efficiently, including pre-event sign-ups and on-site check-ins. Coordination with the venue and vendors aligned catering, technical requirements, and schedules. We also managed 100+ room nights, ensuring delegates’ accommodation needs were fully covered.
On-Site Management
At Fairmont, iCube Events oversaw setup, technical support, and logistics, guiding session transitions and ensuring seamless operations. Catering services were coordinated with attention to dietary needs, while our team provided continuous support—welcoming delegates, assisting speakers with presentations, and troubleshooting any technical issues—ensuring the summit ran flawlessly.

iCube Events managed the Global Fragrance Summit dinner at Skai Suite, 69th floor, on the first evening, coordinating audiovisuals, dining setup, and entertainment. Delegates networked in an informal yet elegant setting, enjoying world-class cuisine.
Closing Day at Singapore Botanic Gardens
The summit concluded with a guided botanical tour, offering delegates a hands-on exploration of natural scent sources. Transport, guided sessions, and interactive activities ensured an immersive and educational final day.
